Phosphorus Copper Wire Extrusion Line


This extrusion line is for extruding various metal wires continuously, such as copper & copper alloy, silver & aluminum alloy and other non-ferrous metal wires.

The key machine is of horizontal four-column and piston type dual-cylinder structureadopting state-of-the-art technology analogue to Germany.

I Line buildup

1.1 VTJ-600T extrusion machine, one set

1.2 VT-1m3 billet baking stove, one set

1.3 VT-350 wire take-up machine, 5 sets

II Main structure features:

Main cylinder is piston type, Germany technology, stable and constant pressure

- Built-in sub-cylinder, quick oil filling speed, less idle time

- Four-guide-rod structure, better rigidity, good extrusion balance

- Preposed die head design, extruding die head is fixed between front seat of cylinder and piston, no need extra extruding blocks as what other manufacturers do, simplifying many intermediate process and actions.

- Preposed die head design brings more convenient die changing

- Extruding die head adopts double-layer structure, made from high-temperature high-pressure resistant material. Its hardness will not drops even after long time heated.

- Extruding die head adopts induction heating manner, quick heating speed; Any temperature can be obtained accurately for various technological requirements.

- Auto opening/closing die and auto die-pushing-out, simple and quick die changing

- Both extrusion die and rod are made from special forged steel, high temperature & pressure resistant and high wearing resistant, high performance and high precision, assuring stable and continuous extrusion.

- Both front and rear seats are made from cast steel, enough strength and rigidity, assuring coaxiality and verticality between pushing rod and die head under high pressure.

- Adopts dual hydraulic systems. High pressure system is for main cylinder and sub-cylinder. Low pressure system is for die opening/closing and pushing-out.

High pressure system has two oil pumps, main pump is for extruding and the auxiliary one is for quick filling oil and generating pressure. After filling oil, this auxiliary pump will act as circulating hydraulic oil to cooler.

III Main advantages

- PLC control, HMI operation, simple and convenient

- Technological parameters can be saved and recalled

- Control circuit voltage is DC24V, conforms to CE requirement

- Adopting precious EC10-4TC temperature control module, temperature error is only ±5℃

- There are four units timing switches for pre-heating, enabling workers to start production as soon as they come to work.

- Self-diagnosing & alarming function

- Quick heating, quick tool auto changing
