I Description
This oven is of horizontal structure, touch screen displaying and controlling, adopting middle-frequency induction heating, for smelting various metal, metal alloy, as well as sintering non-metal material and high temperature material.

- Whole stainless steel furnace body with water-cooling layer, outer surface temperature is less than 35℃, good safety protection.
- Equipped with one 8-station rotary platform for auto pouring and casting

IV Buildup and illustration
4.1 Autoclave
- Double-layer structure, with water-cooling interlayer
- Both internal and external walls are 304 stainless steel. Internal surface is mirror polished; External surface is hair-brush polished.
- Autoclave is fixed on base; Flange has sealing groove for O-ring vacuum seals which is equipped with water cooling as well for longer life.
- Backside has exhausting hole, vacuity gauge interface
- Side has rotary electrode device
4.2 Furnace cover (door)
- Double-layer tank-head structure, both internal and external are stainless, hair-brush polished
- Equipped with big-size viewing window for observing smelting condition inside
4.3 Vacuum system
- Comprised of one 2X-70 vacuum pump, high pressure vacuum valve, vacuity gauge and pipeline.
- Communication interface can transfer real-time data to touch screen
4.4 Heating power control system
- Adopts IGBT medium-frequency induction power
- With over-current and over-voltage protection
4.5 Water cooling system
- Cooling water to be provided by end-user
- Each cooling water circuit has separate flow adjusting valve
- Equipped with auto alarming and shut-off function owing to less-water-pressure or water-shortage
4.6 Smelting device
- There is induction coil on crucible external
- Auto pouring device
4.7 Secondary feeding device
- This device is equipped on the autoclave
- There is one rotary material cell for adding different elements
