I Description of evaporator core builder

This machine is specially designed for assembling evaporator cores of automotive (double-layer).

Flat tubes, fins and header pipes are manually applied.

Top clamping is servo driving, stroke can be preset on HMI.

The machine is capable for different size cores by changing different tools and adjusting pushing strokes.
