Melting Point Tester

I Brief description

This melting point tester actually adopts different-temperature-analysis technology to find out melting point of test sample.

The tester is to find out a relationship between temperature difference and temperature, by comparing test sample and a reference object.

II Main features

- Main chip adopts Cortex-M3 ARM controller, quicker processing speed, more accurate temperature control

- USB two-way communication, more convenient operation

- 7” 24bit color LCD touch screen, more friendly interface

 

- Nicochrome sensor, high-temperature resistant, anti corrosion, antioxidant

- Heating oven adopts top-cover-open structure, easier operation

- Heating wire is Fe-Cr-Al, two-way wound, long heating constant-temperature zone, eliminates effect on test result by magnetic field generated from heating wire.
- Adopting voltage regulator for controlling input voltage to heating wire, so to raise, reduce or keep temperature in a certain rate.

- Reference object: a standard object is provided with the tester. The tester has one-key correction function for user automatic operation.
